One of my favorite parts of this job is being able to celebrate some of life’s most special moments with old friends. Syree and I have so many memories together. It’s hard to know where to begin!
For starters, we both have a little perfectionist in us.. so you could say that our first History fair project was a bit …over the top 😉
No but seriously, it was legit.
If you didn’t know, I was a science fair nerd in middle school/high school. Syree was my science fair ride or die. We have many memories driving to Fort Collins in the mini bus, eating dried crickets, flying to Missouri to compete in an international competition and many many more memories together.
It feels like just yesterday that we took senior photos not far from this spot. It feels so fitting that we were able to have our photo session in South Fork and it feels even more fitting that they get to get married here as well. I am counting down the days for the green trees, and beautiful views that accompany this dreamy spot.
Getting to reconnect with a high school friend has been so special. But also being able to capture her with the love of her life is even more special. Seeing the way he looks at her and adores her is a special thing to witness. You’ve got a keeper, my friend!
P.S. Are these fur babies the sweetest or are they the sweetest? Rocky’s collar says “Dad asked” and Moose’s collar says “Mom said Yes”. Yay for engagement photos with the whole fam!
