Sometimes it’s easy to overlook this part of your day: getting ready. However, putting just a little bit of extra thought into this part of the day could make ALL the difference!
Here are 5 tips to consider to help your wedding day get started in the best way possible!!
1.LIGHT!
Getting ready in a well-lit location with natural window light is ideal for beautiful photos! Just trust me on this one. 🙂
2. Detail Shots
Make sure to gather your items for the detail shots before the day of the wedding! This includes things like your veil, shoes, jewelry, rings, garder, invitation suite, cufflinks, watch, etc. A shoebox or bag could work great for keeping everything in one spot!
3. Hair and Make-Up
Consider hiring a hair and make-up artist. In my opinion, it makes it so much less stressful when you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the moments leading up to walking down the aisle. We have some great recommendations if you need some!
4. Personal Touches
Bridesmaids gifts, champagne, matching robes or slippers, nostalgic playlists, charcuterie boards, and the list goes on and on! All of these special touches can make your getting ready photos that much more fun and natural!
5. Bride Tribe!
Have a bride tribe that is COMPLETELY in your corner! Invite people into your morning that are ready to pamper and celebrate you! You deserve the best hype team on this day.
