If you know me, you know I am a San Luis Valley girl through and through! So each time I get to do a photoshoot there, it feels like home! This Rock Creek Engagement Session with Faith and Nick was especially a fun one for me!
Faith and Nick met in Grand Junction, Colorado! They both graduated from Colorado Mesa University and worked as servers at the same restaurant.
Although Nick is from Grand Junction, they both decided to move back to Faith’s hometown of Monte Vista.
Faith works as an esthetician and Nick is a project manager at a construction company.
I am so excited for these lovebird’s wedding at the beginning of September! They are getting married on Faith’s parent’s property. I love a good backyard wedding!
I was thrilled to be able to make this Rock Creek Engagement session happen right at sunset. Look at that magical glow!
If you know about the San Luis Valley, you know that it can tend to be a bit windy (there’s a reason the Sand Dunes have made the Valley their home), but this evening was PERFECT! No wind, sunny, and warm!
I really enjoyed getting to know these two! They are both easy to be around and they went along with all of the poses I suggested!
Faith and Nick, thanks for letting me be a part of your story! I can’t wait for the next chapter! The wedding day!
